A Lead Teller is responsible for managing a team of Tellers and providing leadership and guidance to ensure that quality service is provided to customers. The Lead Teller also ensures that all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Lead Teller job duties include:

To be a Lead Teller, you will need at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Some banks may require you to have an Associate's degree in business or a related field. You will also need several years of experience as a teller.
