Commercial Property Manager Job Requirements
A Commercial Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of a commercial property. This includes but is not limited to: marketing and leasing of the property, maintenance and repair of the property, financial reporting, and compliance with all laws and regulations. A Commercial Property Manager should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field. In addition, experience in commercial property management is highly preferred. Some employers may require certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
