An accounts receivable coordinator is responsible for maintaining records of invoices and payments, as well as coordinating with customers to ensure timely payment. This may involve sending reminders, issuing late fees, or working with customers to set up payment plans. The coordinator may also be responsible for reconciling accounts and preparing reports for management.

How to become an Accounts Receivable Coordinator

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy in their work and be able to meet deadlines.
