A medical sales representative is responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers within the healthcare industry. They work with clients to identify their needs and then offer solutions that meet those needs. In some cases, they may also provide training on how to use a product or service.

Medical Sales Representative Job Requirements
A medical sales representative typically needs at least a bachelor's degree, although some employers may prefer or require a master's degree. In addition, medical sales representatives must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to effectively present information to physicians and other health care professionals. Prior experience in medical sales is also generally required. Some employers may also require certification from the National Association of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives (NAPSR).
