Dear Hiring Manager,

To Whom it May Concern, I am writing to apply for the position of Resident Assistant with Campus Advantage. I am a sophomore at the University of XYZ and I am looking for a way to get more involved on campus. I have always been interested in working with people and helping others, which is why I think this position would be perfect for me.

I have worked as a Resident Assistant at American Campus Communities for the past year. In this role, I have been responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of community events, enforcing community rules and policies, and providing support to residents. Through my work as an RA, I have developed strong leadership skills and gained valuable experience working with people from diverse backgrounds.

As a Resident Assistant, I have helped countless students with roommate issues, mental health concerns and academic difficulties. I have developed strong relationships with many of the residents on my floor and create a positive living environment for all. On-call shifts are no problem for me as I am always calm under pressure and able to handle any situation that may arise. My years of experience in customer service have taught be how to diffusing difficult situations while still maintaining professionalism.
