A/an RN Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of nursing staff in a hospital or other healthcare facility. They may also be responsible for the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.

The RN Supervisor must also have at least 5 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
