Pharmacy Manager Job Requirements
The job requirements for a Pharmacy Manager vary depending on the state in which they practice. However, most states require a Pharmacy Manager to have a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy school and to be licensed as a pharmacist in that state. In addition, many states require Pharmacy Managers to complete a certified pharmacy technician program and to have at least two years of experience working as a pharmacist.
