A Director of Events is responsible for the planning and execution of events. This includes everything from setting up the event space to coordinating with vendors to ensure that all logistics are taken care of. The Director of Events also works closely with the marketing team to promote the event and make sure that it is successful.

In addition, they will have several years of experience planning and executing events, preferably within a hotel or resort setting. They will be organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
