A builder is someone who builds things.
Builder job duties include:

- Install windows, doors, siding, roofing materials, drywall systems, or trim using hand tools or power tools
- Inspect work in progress to ensure that it conforms to specifications and that the workmanship is of acceptable quality
Builder Job Requirements
There are no formal education requirements for becoming a builder, although most builders have completed an apprenticeship or have received on-the-job training. Some builders may also choose to pursue formal education in construction management or civil engineering.
