Dear Hiring Manager,
I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and I am excited to apply for the Customer Service position at Zendesk. I have three years of customer service experience, including one year in a management role. In my previous positions, I have excelled at resolving customer complaints and providing a high level of service. I am confident that I can provide the same high level of service to your customers.
I've been working in customer service for over five years now, and I have to say that it's always been a passion of mine. I absolutely love helping people, and there's nothing more satisfying than being able to provide them with the information or assistance they need. I started out working in retail customer service, and then moved on to phone support. For the past two years, I've been working as an online chat agent at Helpscout. In this role, I help customers with anything from billing questions to technical issues. I pride myself on being able to resolve every issue that comes my way (no matter how difficult it may be), and making sure each and every one of our customers is happy when they hang up/log off the chat session
I have worked in customer service for many years and have developed a strong skill set that allows me to provide excellent service to customers. I am able to quickly resolve issues, diffuse difficult situations, and build rapport with customers. I pride myself on being an expert in my field and providing the highest level of customer service possible.
