What does an SAP MM Consultant do?

An SAP MM Consultant is responsible for configuring and implementing the SAP Materials Management (MM) module. They work with clients to understand their business needs and then configure the MM module to meet those needs. The consultant is also responsible for training users on how to use the MM module and providing support during go-live and post-implementation.
SAP MM Consultant job duties include:
- Configure and test SAP MM functionality in new projects or system upgrades
- Assist in the development of business processes and requirements for SAP MM
- Design, implement and maintain SAP MM solutions
- Provide training and support to users on SAP MM functionality

SAP MM Consultant Job Requirements
An SAP MM Consultant is responsible for implementing and configuring SAP MM systems. They must have a deep understanding of the SAP MM module and how it integrates with other modules in the SAP system. They should also be able to understand the business processes of their clients and how best to map those processes to the SAP MM module. An SAP MM Consultant should have at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
