- Planning, designing, and implementing network infrastructure solutions in support of business goals.
- Conducting network performance analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
- Monitoring network usage and activity to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Developing, documenting, and enforcing network policies and procedures.
- Training staff on proper network usage and maintenance.
- Researching new technologies and making recommendations on system upgrades or enhancements.
- Coordinating with vendors on the purchase of hardware, software, or other equipment needed to maintain the network infrastructure.
- Providing Tier 3 technical support for network users.
Infrastructure Analyst Job Requirements
An Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of an organization's technical infrastructure. They work with network, server, and storage systems to ensure that they are properly configured and running smoothly.
