What does an Associate Pastor do?

An Associate Pastor is responsible for providing support to the Senior Pastor in all areas of church life. This may include leading worship, preaching, teaching, counseling, and administering the sacraments. The Associate Pastor may also be responsible for outreach and missions, youth and children's ministry, or other areas of ministry as assigned by the Senior Pastor.
